This video was produced off the back of a conversation where I was challenged to show how easy it is to build simple integrations into the Power Platform with Microsoft tooling.
The youtube video on this post actually shows the second attempt at doing this challenge, but the first time this was built and demostrated on the fly live! It really does go to show how amazing this platform is, and how well thought out alot of these components are.
This is especially true as more and more of business applications platform is using Dataverse as it’s backbone, rather than the disperate data silos of past.

- Trigger Microsoft Power Automate with a flic button
- Retrieve data from Microsoft Dataverse
- Build and consume a Power Apps Custom Connector
- Write data back to Microsoft Dataverse
